I'm Sagar

A PhD Student at the Max-Planck Institute for Multidisciplinary Sciences, Germany

An enthusiastic, adaptive and self-motivated Researcher who has keen interest in the field of computer science - especially in ML and AI. I am self-driven fast learner towards sophisticated technologies and love to take challenges to solve interesting task with strong analytical ability. My experience of working with research environment and closely with university colleagues allowed me to develop a strong interpersonal and communication skill.

    What is processTools?

    processTool is a python package that gives basic/utility functionality for various projects that I work on.

    What this provides

    • Preprocessing utility functions for ndarray such as normalization in 8bit,16bit, etc.
    • Contains tool-specific methods such as structured data extraction from pypore3d.
    • Offers various visualization functionality for 3d arrays with interactive ipython widgets.
    • Continue to improve the usability for border audience.
